  • Always purchase the best underlay you can. It will feel more luxurious and
    vastly prolong the life of your carpet.
  • Make sure the floor underneath your carpet is as even as possible, and free from dust/dirt, as any dips or lumps can adversely affect the flooring.
  • Vacuum your carpet regularly and thoroughly at least once or twice per
    week, preferably daily. This helps prevent dirt and grit from damaging the
    fibres, it also helps keep the pile upright.
